• 1.5 OZ. Pasote Blanco Tequila
  • 2 OZ. Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 Slices Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 OZ. Sparkling Wine
  • .75 OZ. Grenadine
Combine Blanco, grapefruit juice, ginger and bitters into a shaker tin, add ice, cap and shake vigorously. Strain the contents of the shaker into a spritz glass. Top with sparkling wine and float grenadine. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and marigold.
